Group Therapy
Group therapy can be a powerful form of therapy for individuals who have similar presenting issues. With this model, one or more clinicians will meet with two or more clients who share certain life experiences (social anxiety, bereavement, parenting adolescents, foster/adoptive parents) and lead them through evidence-based steps that target shared growth, self-exploration, the instillation of hope, and negative symptom reduction. Group therapy is effective as a standalone or supplemental therapy for most—but not all—issues. Our clinicians can help you decide if group therapy might be helpful for you.
